Location not far from Division, and very walkable for other great areas of Southeast Portland.
The tiny home is worked really well for me. The bed is very comfortable, and the air-conditioning kept the unit comfortable through very hot days and nights. It's pretty well shielded from a neighboring busy street, so it's quiet at night. There were others staying in neighboring tiny homes, and I did not hear them. The bathroom is small but comfortable. The shower has a detachable shower head, which is nice. The coffee machine has better coffee than I expect from a Keurig style machine. There is a rod and hangers for your clothes.

Cozy tiny home in a central location. Easy to check in and out via the portal, and use the digital key to lock/unlock the door. Has a washer-dryer!
For checking in they will route you through a portal that will ask for additional payment. This is not disclosed up front and you get two options: a 'non-refundable' 69$ payment or a 500$ 'hold' on your credit card. The first one is 'recommended' but they can't explain why and what happens to this money.
Also, there is no-one monitoring this site (this is also mentioned on the booking page) and these tiny houses are in a court yard for which you don't need a key to enter. Basically anyone can walk up to your tiny house and this happened to me in the middle of the night when someone was trying to unlock my locked door. Probably another traveler who was late to check in and couldn't tell which house was his (you may want to put numbers or names on the houses because door colours are not as easy for people arriving after dark). With this property being next to a busy street and given how easy it was to access the courtyard I would give this a low 'safety rating'. I reported this through Booking chat as it happened and they were quick to reply, but it left me feeling uneasy.
