Everything was delightful. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and ready upon our arrival. Excellent location, quiet, and with all the amenities we needed.
The unlock code to enter the building wasn't working for us and had timed us out. We had to resort to unlocking through the app every time, which was not really an issue but could have been a little smoother.

The room was adorable and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the property was perfect. Everything was just a short drive away and having a place to eat across the street was super convenient.

Location was good, as described. Appliances were new. Decor was tasteful and nice. Managers were promptly responsive to texts.
Unit was in an older building that had been freshened up but not completely updated. Venetian blinds were old, bent, and dirty. Light fixtures in bathroom and kitchen had dead bugs in them, caulking around tub was discolored, flooring in kitchen and bathroom needed to be stripped and repolished/sealed.
The extra layer of registration, extra deposit to set up the ‘portal’, was annoying, especially when my access to the portal (which was required to get the lockbox code to access the unit key) was turned off at least 5 hours before checkout time. This caused 25 minutes of frantic texting back and forth with manager who didn’t know the lockbox code so that we could leave the unit locked when we checked out.
