The property had a great view and is located in a nice, peaceful location. It’s our understanding that most of the units are personally owned, which also makes for a nice property. Only a few units were occupied during our stay, which was also nice if you are looking for a less crowded location.
We were on the 3rd floor. No elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us, but see where it could be for some. The neighbors below us mentioned the ceilings are very thing and could hear us walking in the evening and night. They were friendly, but made us uncomfortable to possibly bother them.

This condo has many positives. It is a quick walk to the beach. There is a water spout and shower to rinse off with when coming in from the beach. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, and cups. Plenty of forks but sparse on butter knives and spoons. There is no toaster or can opener but you do have a blender and coffee pot. The host left plenty of soaps and lotions in the bathrooms with clean towels. Having a washer and dryer at your disposal is absolutely crucial for a beach stay. The balcony is peaceful and you have amazing sea views. The condo itself is spacious. The hosts were caring and available if and when we needed. The neighbors were very kind, and quiet. There was thought and care put into making this location feel comfortable while you stay.
Here's the part I don't like writing but needs to be addressed. The home itself when we walked in smelt of mildew. I'm not sure if it was the ac kicking on for the first time or what. But it seemed to go away after a day or we got used to it. There is obvious water damage to the building. Cracks in the drywall and ceiling. The handles in the bathtub are caked in caulk in an attempt at repairs it seems. The shower curtain had stains on it. The bedding was not comfortable. The sheets or the beds. They were rock hard. The bottom bunk bed you can lay down and see the bedding to the top mattress. Like the stuffing. It was an eyesore to say the least. There were questionable stains on the lounge chair and the couch isn't that comfortable. We had to buy batteries for the remotes because none of them worked. There is a pot and pan provided which is nice, however they are small in size, if you anticipate cooking larger meals please bring more pans.
The whole building looks to have some hurricane and water damage and is in desperate need of upgrades and repair. You get what you pay for with this place.
Also if you have bad knees don't book. This location is up 3 flights of stairs. 42 steps exactly lol. It will hurt. Keep that in mind when you have to haul luggage too.
With all of that said. I would still stay again.

I like how close it was to the beach. It was nice and quiet and peaceful.
Only thing we was on the 3rd floor but I did get a good workout lol. I still had a great time
