This was one of the most comfortable apartments I have ever stayed in, in all my years of traveling and booking places.
The first thing that pleasantly surprised me was a welcome gift from the hosts: a bottle of wine, a 5-liter bottle of drinking water and a large bottle of orange juice.
The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. There is a sponge, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, salt, some spices, coffee capsules, ground coffee and several kinds of tea. The coffee machine is very convenient, and the capsule coffee is very tasty.
There are many kitchen things and everything is well thought out, even the small details: a silicone spatula, small pots of different sizes, comfortable knives, a cutting board and much more. I felt very comfortable, as if I were at home. The interior, furniture and everything you need are thought out to the smallest details, with love and care for the guests.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable — I slept very well. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room. The TV has YouTube, Netflix and local TV channels. There is air conditioning in every room.
There is a large spacious balcony with a clothes dryer, a table and chairs. The windows look out onto a beautiful olive garden. It is very quiet here: there is no road nearby and no noise — only you and nature.
The beach is a five-minute walk away. A small minimarket is seven or eight minutes away on foot.
The host family deserves special attention. The husband and wife are very caring, attentive and helpful people who really know what good customer service means. The host even let me wash my clothes after one week of staying in their apartment.
I highly recommend these apartments.
There was no big and good supermarket or market near the apartment. I had to go to the city of Bar to buy the necessary food. Since I did not have a car, it was a little inconvenient, especially going back with heavy bags in my hands.
But this is not the hosts’ fault — it is more a question of the local infrastructure, which is not developed well enough here.

Ovo je bez sumnje najbolji smeštaj u Utjesi. Smeštaj je vrhunski, uredan, čist i lepo opremljen, sve je organizovano da se gost oseća prijatno i opušteno.
Posebno ih izdvojio domaćine-divni, ljubazni i predusretljivi ljudi, uvek na raspolaganju i spremni da pomognu. Pravi primer gostoprimstva.
Sve preporuke svima koji traže kvalitetan smeštaj, mir u senci maslina i prijatan odmor.
Sigurno ću se vratiti opet.

Apartament de lux, dotat cu tot ce este necesar, amplasat într-o grădină cu măslini minunată. Gazdele sunt foarte receptive la orice solicitare. Plaja este aproape. Sperăm să revenim!
