Everything was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, with amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The whole property felt peaceful and well maintained
The only downside for me was the beach, instead of sand, it has small pebbles, which made it a little difficult and uncomfortable to walk on, especially without water shoes. I definitely recommend bringing water shoes if you plan to spend time at the beach.

* !!! Amazing peaceful location and scenery, no car road in front of the hotel which is often the case for other apartments and hotels. Clean and not crowded private pebble/rocky beach with clear sea water. This is what we chose this hotel for.
* Decent breakfast and dinner, lots of fresh fruits (mid July) and local food (pršut, kačamak).
* Pleasant staff.
* Clean rooms.
* Tasty dishes in the a la carte restaurant.
* Big private parking without additional charge.
* Tap water for dinner - it's not very tasty, and it's the only choice of drinks included in dinners, everything else is charged separately.
* Though the parking is included, only half of it is shaded, and the other half is exposed to the sun (even though the canopy support posts have already been installed), it's still a mistery to me why.
* The gym is not taken a good care of: handles are greasy, e.g. the weight adjustment for the biceps curls cable machine is nearly broken, the overall choice of equipment is poor, and the gym is outdoors (though it's in a shade) and it can get quite hot there in the summer.
* In their a la carte restaurant, you are charged additional 2 eur couvert/kuver per person. And we found out about it only when we got our bill. It's at least something the restaurant should warn about.
* Drinks are pricy - 12 eur for pina colada.
* Coffee machines often broke during breakfast during "rush hour" (at about 10-11:00, mid July), there were 10-15 minute queues for coffee/tea.
* Ladders leading into the sea are shaky and don't look reliable.
* Overall a pricy hotel compared e.g. to all-inclusive resorts in Turkey.
* Not so much to do without a car in the town of Dobra Voda where the hotel is located. It's quite far away from Kotor, one of the main sightseeing destinations (2.5-3 hours drive with traffic jams in Budva and Tivat), though Bar Old Town ("Stari Bar") and Ulcinj Fortress are not too far away and perhaps one could get there by taxi.

The staff is what truly makes this resort feel like home. Everyone - from the reception team and housekeeping to the beach staff - was incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind.
Having a quiet pool is a great touch for those looking to relax.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh food and fruit.
The live music in the evenings created a wonderful atmosphere.
The secluded location is what makes this place truly special and magical.
We stayed for five days and were provided with only two Ness bags in the room. They are not replenished unless you specifically ask, which was disappointing.
The room was not properly cleaned during our stay- only the towels were changed daily. For a 4-star hotel, daily room cleaning should be standard.
Borovina is a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere, but unfortunately the food and kitchen execution fell short of expectations. We ate there on our first night and ended up dining outside the resort for the rest of our stay.
The resort has an amazing location and exceptional staff, but a few improvements would better justify its 4-star rating and pricing.

Sea access, quiet, pretty, clean sea with very easy access.
Location, research Dobra Voda before coming! Only one À la carte restaurant in hotel with limited menu- kitchen for this restaurant also in the bar.
