The staff was exceptional! Very helpful and accommodating, courteous, and all in all awesome. The property owners were also around much of the time and you can see that they care about what the guests experience. The private beach provided wonderful views and the location was walking distance from old town Ulcinj.
We had two rooms during our stay and one of the rooms had technical difficulties. This is something the management is aware of as they continuously improve the property, and they tried their best to accommodate. While the location is ideal if you want to stay near old town, the roads are narrow which becomes an inconvenience with large crowds in peak season (which is when we were there).

We were a family of four and had a huge, spacious apartment on the 4th floor. The private beach was very convenient and a great advantage of the hotel. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

A special mention to Nimat, who was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our entire stay. He was always helpful, attentive and made us feel very welcome.
The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough inside the rooms. The lighting in the apartment was not strong enough, so it felt quite dark in the evenings. The apartment we stayed in is also not very modern or newly renovated.
The road leading to the hotel is also quite challenging, especially if you are not used to narrow or steep roads.

the location is very nice
The price is very high compare to what you get. The room is more like an apartment and not really a hotel. The shawer was very small and the breakfast very limited.
