Un hôtel construit au rabais

- personnel agréable - petit déjeuner très copieux. Confiture excellente - chambre spacieuse

- construction bon marché : pas d'isolation phonique - certains éléments de construction ne sont pas terminés - la seule chaîne qu'il a été possible de voir en anglais était Al Jazeera ! - vue sur des immeubles en construction

Perfect stay

The atmosphere of this hotel it’s more then exceptional !!! It’s run by small family business who can’t do enough for you! They are so kind and helpful, they always makes sure that you have everything what you need. It’s super clean and looked after . Breakfast area has everyday new choices . I’ve never experienced anything like this they run this hotel with purest love to that what they do!!! Will come back here !!

Property was excellent with very friendly staff.

Luxurious feel - very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Big breakfast. Great views of water.

Couldn’t walk to town. When we got to town it was very male dominated.

Everything was perfect. Welcome, hygiene, location, view, breakfast. I think it is a place that is 100% worth it. If I come to Ulcinj again, my destination will always be Padam Hotel.

Perfect for a relaxing break

Everything was spectacular. The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub to relax. The view was stunning, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

In the off-season, when we went, pretty much everything is shut down on Sundays. We were advised of this, however, so we made sure to get what we needed before Sunday.

to expansive for no quality.

it was spacious .

the reception Personal was not really friendly and did not really explained how to use the jacuzzi in the room and asked us straight to pay the night instead of letting us arrive first. the material of the apartment was cheap and also the bathroom wasn’t “finished” built.

Quality price ratio doesn’t meet

Rooftop view from the restaurant

Price performance ratio does not met. Have the overall not been looked well after and general clean feeling. It is a very humid apartment because of the inside whirlpool without any ventilation installed. therefore quite stinky for which the room fragrance does not help to improve. Based on the high quality photos , expected better quality in terms of comfort but rather left with a feeling of tastelessness. Disappointingly, the restaurant has no vegan options except of French fries and olives.. Beware of pictures doesn’t meet your expectations. Communication is difficult with the staff as due to English language barrier.

Good value for the money if you don't go to their sauna/spa

I liked the view and the quality of cleanliness and rooms. Breakfast was good.

Smelled like cigarette smoke in all corridors. Sauna and hot tub were not hot and didnt work properly but we still had to pay the full price for sauna. The hotel is a bit far from the central promenade and you must have a car.

Wonderful hotel with a spectacular view and friendly staff

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean with comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic with a spectacular view from the terrace.

We loved our time at Padam!

We had a room in the 4th floor and the view was beautiful! It was our first holiday and first time in Montenegro and the botel just made our first time even more special! The staff was super friendly and we felt really welcome and like we were at home. We will definately come back at Padam when we go to Ulcinj again! Thank you so much for welcoming us at your hotel and see you next time!

Small traces of cleanesing liquids were at the baghroom wall but that was okay for us. That was a sign that even the walls were cleaned. The room was really clean and it always smelled really nice when we came back from a walk at the beach.
