Everything was clean and well presented - the property was cozy and had everything we needed for our short but sweet stay. It’s in the perfect location for everything we wanted to see and was only a short drive into downtown Mystic. The area was quiet and peaceful too, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful view.
There needs to be two more chairs and at least one table on the upstairs deck. I did suggest this to the owner and she quickly responded and agreed so hopefully the next guests will have room for 4 people up there to sit and a place to put their drinks.

Nice location, updated, quiet location and clean for the most part.
Upon arrival we were told there was an issue with the internet and would be fixed the next day. No real biggie, but that meant no tv for that night. No cable. As we entered who ever cleaned the unit sprayed something to “freshen” it up. OMG, way too strong. We had to open what widows so we could to air it out. We literally sat on front porch for a couple of hours and could smell the it being blow out the out the front door. After 4 or 5 hours it wasn’t too bad. You could still smell it but reasonable. Day 2, 8 in the morning we hear noise outside and see an electrical truck out side. Next thing you now the power is out. I go out side and talk to electrician and they are changing out parts of the service as they are dangerous now, overheating. When we get back all is fixed. They left around 1:30 per the clocks on the stove. We now have electricity and internet. The rest of the stay was uneventful, although while at the last day we noticed possible black stains(mold???) on the kitchen ceiling above the cabinets. The upstairs bathroom is right over this. I spoke with owner and she never offered any type of refund for the above issues. Overall the place isn’t bad but the above made it not a place we would go back to. Last thing the stairs going to the second floor are steeper than normal for a FYI.
