Horrible!!

Nothing.

Honestly, 1 of the worse property I have ever stayed. Called when checked in customer service was not attending. Kitchen sink, cupboard damaged. Even flush cover. Totally no hanger in bathroom for towels or clothes. Doesn’t make sense. Photo show window but there isn’t any. I can not live in a closed up room. Torture. What I hated was threatened by the Damage deposit RM150. Only today I found out it was not hold. This is simply frightening & threatening. 1st time I have to throw rubbish from the room. Again, afraid to be charge RM150. Bed has bed bug, returned with itchiness. Room sound so noisy!! Like a zoo! Pls check on you 27 Aug, 10.19am telephone operator. He was very rude & gave wrong instruction. He reply text to return key to counter. When came down, security very helpful told return in mail box. I showed him message & called that rude guy he said, it should be counter but if you want to return at letter box I can not do anything. Then sarcastic laugh. This is so insulting! Also making me walk around with luggage & feel stupid at the sales gallery as he said. I also cut my hand at the entrance door. In any case, if you continue having this type of property, it will destroy your reputation. I will never ever return to this place! Good luck.

Cleanness, services, no drinking water provider, tv not in order, the staff was very rude.

The room was big but not worth the price

Only bed other than that the sofa very smelly they need to clean properly moreover dont have windows. Should be able to get the stench out of the sofa couldnt even sit on it

No windows, no parking, smelly sofa, no microwave. For such an expensive price really not worth it. The sofa was the worst
