A clean air-conditioned apartment in a central location, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the sea. A well-stocked supermarket is located downstairs, and there’s an elevator in the building. Both train stations are also close by. Salerno’s main station is fairly easy to reach on foot, a straightforward walk on flatter ground without climbing stairs. The owner was incredibly friendly and easy to contact. He was kind enough to allow early check-in, and even upgraded me to a larger apartment. It was a pleasant stay.
A microwave would be a useful addition to the apartment.

Very very clean and beautifully decorated. Location is great. Highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again.
Entry to the building is complicated because you need internet and telephone.

L'appartamento era molto pulito, sembrava nuovo e ben arredato. La scelta di piastrelle colorate in bagno e sul pavimento lo rendono piacevole.
Peccato tutto il resto. L'appartamento si trova in centro storico in una zona ztl, impossibile parcheggiare, bisogna allontanarsi molto e con le valigie a seguito non è stato il massimo. Si trova in un palazzo molto vecchio mal odorante e con la presenza di qualche insetto sgradito proprio all'ingresso. Il portone si apre sempre tramite link quindi se c'è poca connessione si rischia di rimanere fuori. Una volta saliti, e' stato complicato capire dove si trovasse l'appartamento, tante porte e nessuna insegna, ho chiamato l'host ma non mi ha risposto. Alla fine abbiamo trovato una porta con il codice e siamo entrati con molta difficoltà. La presenza di codici per aprire la porta dell'appartamento e quello della stanza a noi destinata, rende fastidioso e poco agevole l'ingresso, nessuna chiave come alternativa ci è stata consegnata e quando per un guasto già al secondo giorno il codice ha smesso di funzionare, siamo rimasti fuori dall'appartamento. Ripetute chiamate all'host che non si è mai presentato e che provava a capire al telefono il perché del guasto piuttosto che comprendere il nostro disagio. Se non fosse stato per le ospiti dell'appartamento accanto saremmo rimasti fuori. Poca empatia e attenzione al cliente. L'appartamento per quanto carino , non offre nessun comfort all'ospite quando arriva, nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo o un sapone (andava bene un campioncino) in bagno. Per arrivare a Salerno abbiamo viaggiato per 9 ore in auto a causa del controesodo e non ci siamo sentiti ben accolti. In più, molto rumore la sera e al mattino presto per il supermercato sotto casa e cuscini scomodissimi.
