We loved the suite we got instead of just getting a room at another at another hotel. We were able to get groceries and have breakfasts, coffee, and lunches in our suite and have dinners out. The pool is nice and never crowded. It’s a lovely, small place. Not loud and crowded which we liked way better than the big hotels. There was construction going on across the canal but they can’t help that. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. It was our second time staying there and we would definitely stay again.

Full kitchen with pots and pans. Coffee maker allowed for single serve or making a pot. Remember to bring your own spices(we forgot salt and pepper). Parking is easy, staff is helpful, property is beautiful and eclectic.

Staff members Tony and Margaret are friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool seem very well maintained. However, some basic cleaning was lacking in the room (old hair at base of toilet, layer of dust on top of fridge and behind some furniture). The host, Ilan, was receptive, apologetic, and responsive to my initial disappointment and immediately offered an upgraded room to make the rest of the week fabulous! Our room was well equipped with newer kitchen appliances, a very comfortable mattress, and two folding beach chairs for beach days. A free parking spot is an added bonus. I also appreciate the policy requiring registered guests to be at least 25 years old. Isle of Venice is approx.1 mi. to the ocean and to great restaurants. We WILL return! Thanks for the great stay!
