Cannot fault this place at all! The staff are truly exceptional, all so friendly and go over and beyond to help. The only minor complaint is the internet keeps dropping but it’s easy to keep reconnecting it.
The spaces are so much nicer in real life than on the photos. I’ll definitely be back, this place feel like home (a fancy 5* home!)

Luna was very helpful with any questions I had and Queen was very friendly with a smile when she took care of any questions I had as well after meeting with her. It’s a well run poperty!

I love their properties. I stayed at the location in Battersea last year. The staff is very pleasant!
