The property is relatively good value for money vis-a-vis the price we paid. The room was basic but clean, though other members of our party had much better rooms than we did. The room amenities were limited and there was an occasional damp smell in the room. Basic items like an iron, teaspoons, and so on were not provided. The property is overall well kept: the common areas and pool etc. were generally clean and tidy, but very busy. Catering that was provided was mostly good with quite a few options but people with dietary requirements could find it problematic. The staff were okay - the receptionist staff were pretty helpful and the cleaning staff were friendly except on one occasion. The location of the hotel is decent: it’s about a 15 minute walk away from the beach front but there are some amenities nearby. The hotel does get very loud at night time due to the proximity of the rooms to the entertainment area. Overall, it is an above average property and if I were to visit Marmaris again I probably would return.
