My mum and I had an amazing stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bar and restaurant teams provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the animation team truly made our holiday extra special.
The food was delicious with plenty of choice, although a little more variety at breakfast would have been appreciated as it was quite similar each morning. The drinks were very good, though there were occasionally long queues at the bar during the late evening.
The rooms are slightly dated, but they were cleaned every day to a high standard, and the housekeeping service was excellent.
The location is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed taking the bus (Line 03) from the San Antonio Hotel to the final stop in the Old Town and then walking back to the hotel, taking in the beautiful views along the way.
A special thank you to Ivan and Ayman from the bar team for their hard work and friendly service, and to Filippo, Sabrina, and Celina from the animation team. They were fantastic—always entertaining, full of energy, and genuinely lovely people who made our stay even more memorable.

Very nice atmosphere in the hotel all round the all inclusive is awful tbh food terrible snacks inbetween awfull the amstel taps it tastes soo bad cocktails at bar by pool pretty decent. Staff in the hotel all lovely. Its great for a cheap get away would come back but not for the all inclusive its a nice 5/10 min walk to front of beach too

Great welcome. I was standing in line. A lovely lady approached and guided to check-in with the representative at the counter who had just finished up with a guest. It was very warm and quick. I got a great room on the main level out of the thoroughfare. The room was clean and made up every day with clean towels and linen. The food amazing and no regrets.

Fabulous room - we were lucky enough to be upgraded. The food is some of the nicest I’ve had. The staff were brilliant - so friendly. Overall a wonderful hotel.
