Very clean guest house in a good location. Breakfast brought to your room in a wicker basket was very good. Bed was comfortable with crisp white bedding. Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. Would book this property again.

Unusual to have breakfast delivered to you in a hamper, but it worked and you had options to select what was to be included in it.

Room was clean and well appointed with an en-suite bathroom x nice roomy shower x quiet street so no disturbance at night x nicely served breakfast in room with good selection of hot food .
Front room at front near door with a bar but didn’t appear to be used which was a shame
