Location was just right with beach and town near by. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were a bit small, the bed’s uncomfortable (we asked for another duvet to sleep on, damp smell and the shelve for the tea and coffee was dusty. Bar area some chairs were dirty.

Had the pancakes first morning, could have done with a bit more cooking as very stodgy in the middle. Bacon was excellent. Service was good.
The receptionist was superb , very friendly and helpful giving us lots of good advice and settling a couple of queries.
Another chair in the room. Nothing else negative to say

Great location, very easy to find with ample parking.
We were on five motorcycles and were able to park within easy view from our rooms.
Efficient and friendly check in
Room was compact but comfortable, bathroom and shower was great.
Easy walk to the town centre but property bar and facilities were also excellent
Very nice breakfast and great value for money

The club how was modern and clean - food was beautiful and good quality
The rooms were clean but VERY basic . No where to store our clothes and we had a few things planned where I would have liked to hung clothes up - but other than a wall mounted wooden peg and 4 coat hangers that was all available . Literally a bed ,2 side tables — shelf with tea/coffee and a little wall mirror - would Reccomended maybe on the back wall a small built area where there was storage and a long mirror.
