Excellent breakfast with huge choice of various foods, probably the best we have ever experienced in a B & B or a hotel. Tea & coffee etc in room and also fridge. Room was tended to each day. Bed linen spotless. Plenty of hot water and the electric heater was appreciated when weather turned cool in the evenings. B & B was in easy walking distance of all amenities in town. Host could not do enough at breakfast-time and was extremely pleasant and also provided fruit and biscuits to take out. Lucky to get a parking space near B & B.
For me, there were some issues of "bits" in drawers and dust and room was a collection of small bits of furniture and lots of small drawers and was crowded, with no large chest of drawers. Duvet was heavy and lumpy and sometimes uncomfortable.

Su was a very attentive hostess, Breakfast was delicious with exotic fruits, yogurt, blackberries and strawberries to name a few… full English breakfast, my husband enjoyed… I opted for the scrambled eggs and tomatoes, couldn’t fault it. Bedroom spotless and beds made everyday. Really comfy bed and a great shower. Loved the realaxing music played at breakfast. Car park nearby and 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants.
It would have been easier for us to stay on the 2nd floor as my husband has knee problems, but no rooms available and no lift to 3rd floor…. But will definitely stay there again just for the ambience and friendliness of the hostess.

Amazing value for money. Fantastic hosts, breakfast range is better than all inclusive and the full English cooked beautifully. It's clean, in a great location, fruit and cakes to take on your trips. We really couldn't have asked for more. For the price, I'd say this was the best you could possibly get. (There is a massive carpark within metres of the property - £10 for 24 hours).
