The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Our room was comfortable with sea views and the location is very convenient for the centre of Tenby.
A lack of car parking on site. But, we were able to drop our cases, check in and move our car to a nearby car park.

The Hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. Rooms were clean tidy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast 😊

Location
The evening meal on arrival wasn’t great after a 6.5 hour journey that should have taken 3 hours. Chef seemed to love deep fried food which wasn’t to our taste.
The room was not as described on booking.com. Very small & not like the picture. No fridge as in picture. Not the superior room that we paid more for.
Dirty windows all over hotel.
