Clean and modern hotel with all facilities needed there and ready to use. Room was massive and comfortable. Great for families. Food at breakfast was amazing as was the evening meal at the onsite restaurant. Staff are so friendly and helpful too. Location is breathtaking with amazing views even in rainy September! Would definitely return!
Only negative was that beds were a little hard and pillows too soft.

The Location was exceptional, the accessible bathroom was beautiful, two shower options. Really lovely, modern and big.
the room was very nice small dining table and chairs, small comfy sofa. It was the little things we noticed, such as only mentioning once that my husband needed lactose free milk(we had forgotten to mention it when booking). However once it was mentioned there was a carton for breakfast, along with the oatmilk, and a small carton was left in the fridge in our room. The tea and coffee facilities in our room were good too, there was also a small coffee pod machine along with the kettle.
The balcony was lovely overlooking the estuary. What was particularly nice was the fact that the modern bedrooms were additions to the old hotel, and were sympathatically linked to the old building. The locattion was exceptional, we really enjoyed our break.
One downside was meal choices, which were the same every evening, particularly the vegetarian options which were very limited.

The entire catering side v basic menu
Servers were school kids not trained
A youn lad brought some wine plonked it on the table I asked him to open and pour it and he said he couldn’t because he was only 17 years old! To get water you needed to collect it from a water station in the bar! This when paying £190 for a room !
