Very impressed with all the staff check in smooth and friendly.
Great service especially as aware that some staff were there from lunch to close.
Breakfast lovely.
Didn’t like the mini ironing board.
Requested a normal one and that was produced for my use.
Found shower tray a little slippery otherwise pleased with bathroom facilities.

Location excellent and the view was fantastic. Very comfortable bar area and room comfortable enough although it would have been nice to have sheets that fitted the bed
Staff 'dead-eyed' in the main but quick off the mark to tell you what you couldn't do or have. Felt like boot camp right from the start with the booking experience and then the stay. Nobody advised that you had to book Sunday lunch as only roasts and no other menu available. Ate in the restaurant twice. First night a good steak meal. Second night catering van standard of burger. Horrible. Also gave up on dessert after it still hadn't arrived after 40 minutes. Hotel doesn't meet it's own aspirations
