The property was very clean and well maintained. It is close to the town centre and all amenities. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. Private free parking in a secure car park was a bonus.

The B and B was within close walking distance of the train station, town and beach.
The staff were friendly and really helpful.
I liked the fact that the rooms had fresh milk for teas and coffees and that there was a good selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate including decaffeinated options as matter of course.
There was a wide choice of breakfast options and the hot food was great.
Having the room with an external bathroom was a bit inconvenient at night as I was conscious of disturbing the other guests.

Lovely selection too choose from for breakfast, however coffee and food could of been alot hotter. Great location, only a small walk away from main town. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly and made you feel very welcome.
Bath mats need to be added to bathrooms, for safety getting out of the shower and rather than having to ask for more clean towels and toiletries, maybe these could be stocked up before stays.
