This was a wonderful house for our large family. Plenty of room. The kids had a blast at the community pool and waterslides as well!

The house was incredible. We were a group of 19 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The game room and the pool was especially a hit with the kids. The spa was not working and turned off the jets after 30-60 seconds and at times would drain into the pool. The amenities could use some upgrades however. The kitchen had no plastic cups for kids use and very few plates. Glass plates, kids, and ceramic floors are not a good combination so we went and bought disposable for them to use. The kitchen could also use some additional cookware when cooking for such a large group. There was not a single washcloth in the entire house and only a total of 20 bath towels and 20 hand towels. No pool towels and 1 dishcloth. With that being said, the property management company is a nightmare. Check in was for 4 o’clock. When I arrived at the front gate at 5 o’clock I was told that my name, nor my husbands, was listed. In fact the only one listed was my nephew who was coming for a day later in the week. For over an hour and a half I attempted to call them, text them, and email them with no response. I drove the 40 minutes to their office which stated they were open for another 2 hours only to find no one there. Finally hotels.com was able to reach them and get it fixed. A couple of the breakers tripped in the late evening. Responded to the email as requested. 11 hours later received a response to take a photo of the thermostat. They did send someone to fix it. Will not rent from them.
