This is a one-star hotel. That said, it is in a perfect location to see all of Florence on foot. The owners are extremely friendly and took lots of time to explain where we should and should not go in our short time there. Best gelato place? Done! Cheaper eating areas? Check!

This is a nice simple room close walking distance. Only draw back is fan is not powerful, great otherwise.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Cestelli!! Alessio & Asumi were LOVELY, very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is in an excellent location, nothing is more than a 20 minute walk. Very quiet for being right in a busy area! We felt very safe as well. The private bathroom was just the right size. We will happily return and recommend to anyone!!
