The location and apartment were okay overall, but the photos were misleading. Despite the high temperatures and a poor fan, the host did not help us when we asked. Customer service communicated well, but we still received no assistance with the heat in the apartment.

I've stayed in a lot of places over the years but this is by far the worst place I've ever been. I arrived to a large hole in the wall, there was a significant amount of mold, and it was dirty. The window in the bathroom didn't close, there was paint flaking off the walls, and there were hairs in the shower. I was booked for five days but left after two because of the mold and the respiratory health hazard. The company refused to do anything about it and wouldn't give me a refund, just a 10% discount for a stay in another of their properties. The room was nothing like the pictures other than the furniture placement. The walls were dark brown instead of the light ans bright color it was marketed to be and the amenities they said were available in the rooms weren't there. All in all, an appalling, uncared for space where all that matters is money and not making their guests feel comfortable or physically safe.

Room was clean and well kept. Felt very safe and the location is perfect. Walking distance to everything and easy access if you need transportation. Quick and easy communication when you needed contact with the "host".
