Not at all reliable or recommended

I never got to the property they canceled my reservation on me the day I was traveling and due to arrive and I was scrambling as I was traveling to find new accommodation the apartment managers were not up front about the system. They approached me off line from booking.com and because if it I almost lost all of my upfront payment. Only due to a lot of research by an outside source were we able to be in touch with booking.com to get a full refund. It was very stressful and I do not recommended booking with this vendor !

They were not reliable. Did not follow through on reservations and did not approach it through bookings.com so I almost lost my full payment. I do not recommend using the vendor

In the middle of the quater Wiedikon

Top area! You have everything downstairs, and i really like the vibe of the quater!!! Not like, im in love with the area, where the apartt is. Aswell the first floor. Perfekt! Short way to go quickly down and for what i really like at the area is the clean vibe. You can really feel safe allt the time. The neighbours are so friendly for mit its a 13 from 10!

Advertised for 4 guests, but replacement flat was not suitable for 4.

The location was convenient.

The property we received was not the one we originally booked. We were informed that the original flat was unavailable and were given a “replacement”, which was presented as an upgrade. In reality, it was significantly smaller and of noticeably lower quality. The layout and available space were not comparable to the listing photos. The kitchen was much smaller and not suitable for cooking for a group of four. The sleeping arrangements were extremely cramped. One bed was placed directly next to the kitchen area, and the sofa bed was in a very small separate space. Once the beds were opened, there was barely any room left to move around the apartment. There was also a persistent smell of smoke in and around the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable. The level of cleanliness and general condition of the apartment were also below expectations. There was visible dirt and debris under the bed, dust and grime along the baseboards, and stains and marks on cabinet surfaces and walls. The apartment also showed signs of poor maintenance, including damaged or unfinished fittings (such as an exposed wall socket) and worn fixtures. These issues made the space feel neglected and not in the condition we would expect from a professionally managed property. We contacted the host during the stay and asked for a proper solution or alternative accommodation, but no concrete help was provided. In the end, we had to make our own arrangements to ensure everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Overall, the accommodation did not match the property we booked and paid for, and the lack of timely support from the host made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

La localización es muy buena, no costó mucho encontrar parking en la zona y está justo al lado de un Coop. El precio me parece muy bueno, la calidad de las instalaciones , quizás no sea lo mejor pero estaban bien.
