Great property, lovely and clean. Awesome view of the beach/ocean. Great for catching public transport. Fifteen minute walk to the supermarket/shops/cafes in Coolangatta. My second stay here and I loved it!

Location was great.
There were a few negatives -
. air conditioning in the bedroom end of the unit didn’t work from when we arrived - the manager was advised and got a service person out but wasn’t able to resolve the matter for our stay
. the cleanliness of the property was very poor
. frypan lid didn’t have a handle (minor thing but I thought you should be advised)

We just spent 16 days at this property and were very happy. The 2 bedroom unit with ocean view was a true gem. Completely furnished with washer and dryer in the unit. Great location across the street from Kirra beach and walking distance to many restaurants and local shops. Great unit, location and had secure onsite parking. The onsite manager was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!!
