A clean, comfortable, and good sized apartment in a great location. Large bedroom and living area with a second bed, and a full kitchen. The bathroom is fine, including a convenient washing machine (no dryer, but there’s a rack to hang or a short walk to a number of laundromats in the area). The location was as good as any you would find in Rome. Step out the door onto the cobblestone and you are minutes away from cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Very walkable to some of Rome’s historic sights: 10-15 minutes to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, 15-20 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, 20+ mins to the Pantheon. The apartment is also a very walkable 15 mins from Termini train station. I never met our hosts in person, but communication was fine through WhatsApp, access to the apartment was easy, and their information binder in the apartment provided all the information you needed for the apartment, wifi, checkout, as well as tips for restaurants and the neighborhood. The apartment feels like a home. I loved opening the windows in the morning, smelling the jasmine, hearing the sounds of the street and walking in the neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Communication is very good. We used whatssapp and they are very easy to contact.very helpful staff. The only problem we had was the hot water for the shower. After 1 person, the shower starts getting cold. Very close to the colosseum so we had the chance to see it by night.

Easy check in and the woman who checked us in was very helpful, gave us a layout of the city and explained the public transportation for us, making it easy to make our tour the next day. Great location, every local we talked to told us we are staying in a great part of the city!
