Our stay was absolutely delightful. The location, right by the serene lake and surrounded by lush greenery, provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The house itself was cozy and well-maintained, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. We especially loved starting our mornings on the deck with coffee, watching the sunrise over the lake. Evenings by the fireplace were equally relaxing, offering a warm and inviting ambiance.
The retreat also offered plenty of outdoor activities. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and exploring nearby nature trails, which added a touch of adventure to our otherwise tranquil stay.
If you're looking for a peaceful getaway to reconnect with nature, this lakeside retreat is a hidden gem we highly recommend!

The Treetop cottage was beyond our expectations! Truely tranquil, with lake right outside our veranda and heaps of animals around the property. We loved boating in the lake and as the water level was quite low we could jump off the boat and take a walk on the sand. Spacious, lovely house, well equipped. The only thing I’d remind other guests is to bring enough insect repellent-you’ll need heaps especially if you fall asleep on the sun chair.
