The staff are brilliant, the location is brilliant, the hostel is brilliant, breakfast is brilliant, brilliant value for money. everything is brilliant. If I could score higher I would. Lovely staff who went out of thwir way to help, from everything from ordering a taxi for me, to offering drinks and smiles)

You get what you pay for. The location is great! However the staff is not helpful. I came to book direct with the hostel so avoid third party fees. The younger gentleman at the desk did not want to help me. He lied and said the hostel is fully booked. When Expedia said there were 6 beds left. So I just booked through Expedia while sitting at reception. The way it was advertised on Expedia is misleading. Said I booked 7 bunk bed dorm. Which really means 14 bed dorm. I just needed something cheap and good location for one night before leaving town. It was also very dirty. Ants and spiderwebs. You take off your shoes before entering the hostel and walking around in 5 mins your feet get black. I never saw a cleaning person.
