The previous reviews are absolutely correct—this B&B is literally a 1-2 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, yet you hear none of the crowds or noise, even while enjoying breakfast on the rooftop terrace.
While it is technically a bed and breakfast, our family suite was surprisingly spacious. We stayed for four nights with our 11- and 13-year-olds and had plenty of room thanks to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My only real complaint was that you couldn't run both showers at the same time, and the hot water pressure could have been better. The room could also use a closet or dresser for longer stays.
Other than that, everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and provided great restaurant recommendations, and the car service they arranged was both convenient and reasonably priced.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop breakfast. It featured a nice continental spread, and fresh eggs were cooked to order each morning. Combined with the unbeatable location and spacious accommodations, it made for a wonderful stay. We would happily stay here again.

Very prompt staff, helpful and friendly. Excellent maintenance of the rooms. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic, fresh and made to order as well. Split AC in each room works perfectly and very good ventilation as well.

What a hidden gem! The terrace is wonderful and breakfast every morning exceeded my expectations. For families or guests looking for 2 bedroom options, this is the place for you. Terrific location, one minute from Trevi Fountain. Coming and going is easy, given the location. The hospitality by the staff is what stands out even more. Very helpful and kind. Mariel went above and beyond to ensure we had not only what we needed but also directions and reccomentations. If you are thinking about booking this spot, do it. It is worth it.
