This is right across the street from Seven Seas Beach and next door to Costa Mia restaurant, with the proper Puerto Rican experience of hearing a few coquis at night and seeing the wild chickens wandering into the yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the proximity to the beach, and the Costa Mia restaurant, which is pricey but great quality. We also recommend Laguna Grande Restaurant, which walking persons can easily reach, as it's literally around the right-hand corner. There's a fabulous panaderia nearby, called Panaderia Monte Brisas, that we would go to for cubanos or tripletas, and they have pan sobao, pan de agua, and good coffee. There's also a Pueblo Supermercado and Walgreens close by.
This home is well-stocked for a longer stay, and the kitchen works well for cooking in. Chilled and room-temperature water bottles were provided at check-in. I enjoyed the local coffee brands available in the cupboards and the crisp AC in the room. The bed is comfy with nice sheets, and the closet is stocked with snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and you can find a drinks cooler in the kitchen for beach days. I recommend early swims, as it does get crowded at night and on weekends during peak season.
My only issue with the area was the smell that comes from the bio bay area, as there's sludge on that beach, but this isn't anything to do with the home, just something to be aware of during your stay. It's a great, comfy house with two or three others in a square in the same yard.

This location is perfect, owners texted us everything we needed before we arrived even sent pictures of gate and where to park, beach is a few steps away and in the morning we had the entire beach to ourself, highly recommended staying here.
