Everything about this location was spectacular. The building staff was extremely helpful, the facilities were in top shape, the room was cozy and had an amazing view, and all the activities and locations we wanted/need to get to were minutes away on foot. We were a small group of 3 and the room had more than enough space for our things and move around with ease.

The bathroom is small but the sink in the hall towards the bathroom makes it roomy and better for taking turns.

My stay at Condominium Marina Lanais in Fajardo was a truly inspiring experience. The breathtaking view of the ocean, with its cruises, boats, and sailboats, created a picturesque backdrop that filled me with awe. The soothing sound of the waves and the presence of seagulls added to the tranquil ambiance, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking inspiration. The beds in the condominium were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The host went above and beyond, providing attentive and kind service that made me feel welcome and valued. The bathroom and closet space were spacious, allowing for convenience and organization during my stay. The attention to detail in ensuring a relaxing and quiet environment was greatly appreciated.

I must acknowledge the disappointing main entrance through the parking lot with dead cockroaches and a bad smell. These issues affected the overall impression

Enjoyed my stay

The apartment was well stocked with kitchen items, including a coffeemaker and air fryer. The beds were comfortable, and there was lots of room to set your toiletries in the bathroom. The view was beautiful. The road to get there was a little dicey.

The apartment was older and furnishings were outdated, but still very comfortable. The only real negative was a hole in the wall above the AC. It was very large and appeared to go all the way across the AC unit.

The property was very accesible to the best restaurants. The best security. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed.

The ocean had a lot a algae but the view from the apartment was beautiful.

HORRIBLE— Apartment is nothing like the pictures! Stay anywhere else!

There was a padlock on the outside gate that there were no keys to.

The apartment is a mess! The pictures are a gross misrepresentation of the actual apartment. It’s not even decorated the same. The air-conditioning unit doesn’t function, the power goes in and out, the bathroom faucet is broken and leaks, there are holes in the curtains, The door to the bathroom is broken in half making it impossible to close or get privacy. There are no hand towels or washcloths, and there are only two bath towels. Additionally the L conquistador resort next-door has ongoing construction right outside the window 24 hours a day, including 2 AM. Our stay was a nightmare! And Ysabel Torres The owner doesn’t seem to care about any of the issues with her property. The place is a Slum! We will never come back.

Perfect place for getaways.

The balcony view was GREAT! Really Breathtaking sunrise I got the chance to admire. The entire apartment is nice and comfy. Beds were comfy and the security at the parking was excellent. The host was really welcoming all the time and available, thank you Ysa.

Location was great. Comfortable beds. Superb, unbeatable view. Great wifi. Host was very accessible and gracious.

Decoration is outdated, not modern. No extra toilet paper, not a big deal but did have to run out to get some.
