Built just 8 years ago, this modern townhouse is very spacious and features 9-foot ceilings! This comfortable, clean, and high-end home does not disappoint! Within walking distance are all popular shops, restaurants, and nightlife, including the Mary Brown's Centre, which is just a 3-minute walk away! Guests have access to 3 off-street parking spaces - a rare find for downtown. Enjoy staying in the historic downtown area in a newly built home.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area features a large sit up island and opens up to the 1st of 2 decks, which guests can enjoy during the spring, summer, and fall.
Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite! Great for couples, coworkers, etc., who are traveling together. The master ensuite features a beautifully tiled shower and the second ensuite has a shower-tub combo. The primary bedroom has a second deck, perfect for having morning coffee or enjoying the evening!
