I parked my car a block away from the building and had to haul my luggage through a somewhat sketchy alleyway. This was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that there was no prior indication of the 40 steps I needed to climb in order to access the unit. This lack of information could pose difficulties for guests with mobility issues. I also felt that the building's overall security left much to be desired. The entrance did not seem secure enough to ensure the safety of residents or their belongings, which is definitely a critical factor for potential renters. Additionally, the image that was provided did not accurately represent the unit; it looked quite different in person, making me feel misled. Finally, I noticed some panhandling happening right outside the door, which could deter prospective guests or residents concerned about safety and comfort.

This is a great accommodation for a family. Clean, large and ideally located. The kitchen is very well equipped as are the bathrooms and laundry room. Separate primary bedroom covering the entire second floor. Views of the inlet from the main floor living space and primary bedroom also overlook the harbour where various ships dock. Within an easy walking distance to the Summer Pedestrian Walk and George Street

Very clean with a convenient location. Sunday to Tuesday was great! The problem with this condo is that you are sharing a wall with an extremely loud bar. Music and base goes until 3-3:30 pm Friday and Saturday and starts back up on Wednesday! If you are going to be out and about all night I would highly recommend this place, but if you are hoping to sleep it might not be a good choice ! There is also no office so there is no place to leave baggage if they cannot accommodate an early check in. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wanted others to be aware of the intense noise.
