This charming and very spacious two bedroom apt has an indoor sunroom facing St. John’s harbour.
The apartment was recently renovated.
It has a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, with a 5-burner propane stove top, and a dishwasher. The bedrooms are far apart.
It has 2 queen beds, a dining room, a TV room, living room/ sunroom, with heated floor, and a designated work space.
There is a smart TV with numerous free channels and good Wi-Fi.
There is also an outdoor patio space with four outdoor chairs.
Conveniently located within walking distance to bakeries, cafes, parks, supermarkets, restaurants, breweries, theatres, city hall, quidi vidi, convention centre, LSPU Hall, George St, art galleries, museums, & other historic landmarks.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean and very spacious. Steven was very responsive to messages.
We did have an unfortunate issue with parking. We received a $40 parking ticket for being on the wrong side of the street where cleaning occurred. After googling the rule, we learned that according to day of the week, this determined which side of the street you can park on. Obviously, as visitors we weren’t aware of this and were a little disappointed that this had happened. Having a car rental allowed us to go off exploring and we had a week of creating great memories.
The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to downtown and waterfront, where there are lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. Be aware though that the walk back is up steep hills.

Lots of rom clean Fully stocked for kitchen use ie pots pans dishes glasses etc Washer and dryer on site Backyard space could use some love and maybe a couple of chairs Location is perfect Very close and within walking distance to downtown and the harbour Easy getting there Not so much getting back all uphill lol
