A lot of work has to be done to make this place more comfortable for sleeping and more private for 2 out of the 4 people

Location was excellent and communication with staff was excellent

The pull out couch was very uncomfortable as was the couch that could be made into a bed on the living room. Ended up taking off the pull out couch mattress and placing it on top of the couch. We had to buy our own coffee pods upon entry and there was only one roll of toilet paper so we had buy more.

The ground floor had a musty smell likely due to the old carpet and vintage trunks in the main living area. The claw foot tub was difficult to get in and out of and to shower in.

Location, parking

The kitchen facilities were less than clean. There was only one useable cup. There was a small garden that was unusable because of the weeds. The tube in the bathroom is dangerous as it bulges in the middle and it doesn’t drain properly so you stand in water. IF YOU HAVE ANY MOBILITY ISSUES the 3 flights up to bedroom, then one flight down to bathroom and 2 down to first floor.

Great location and comfortable house

The best thing about the property was the location (near The Rooms, the Basilica, Bannerman park, Colonial buildings, nice cafes.) The kitchen was well equipped.
