Family of 14 summer vacation- ages ranging from 1 year to 61. The house is very spacious with places to come together or go into a private quiet area to yourself. The kids spent a lot of time in kids play room that was well stocked with toys, books, tv and gym set. The pool was so big (and depth about 4’ to 10’ (my guess). and perfect for the group size we had. Fire pit absolutely wonderful and they supplied ample amount of wood. Neighborhood absolutely amazing and house on dead end road. Yard and outdoor landscape gorgeous. We seen deer in front yard in early evening. Master bedroom on 1st floor along with 2 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. 2 bedroom areas in basement with 1 bathroom. 2 small beds in kids play area upstairs. TVs in master bedrooms only, other than TVs in common areas and kids playroom. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen- lots of spices, plastic/glass dishes available and plenty of utensils. 1 small cookie sheet, 1 med baking pan along with 1 set of pots with lids. Set of mixing bowls. Awesome standalone ice maker that kept everyone supplied with ice. Dining table perfect for big gatherings!Things you may need if staying: large baking sheets, crockpot, cleaning products. Baby gate for stair area. Walmart/Kroger very close to pick up anything you need. Restaurant- highly recommend Sweet Potato cafe it was for sure a hidden gem!Reason not rating 5 was the house is older, wear/tear. Don’t lean on front porch beam

Great place for a big family to get together. The back yard was awesome and the kids game room was great too.
