Really beautiful property with a character. Parking available in front of property. Super clean and room was good size. No tea making in room but David is happy to provide at any time. Breakfast was freshly made and was delicious. Especially liked home made marmalade. Walking distance to a pub and an Indian restaurant. Walking trails nearby. Many Peak District attraction within easy driving distance .
Overall a nice stay with super nice hosts. I would stay again.

Host very accommodating... nice touch each morning receiving tea n coffee to the room... housekeeping every morning.. bed made and refreshed. Parsons house is quirky arty rustic and has charm... did just find entrance hall stairs bit grubby.. lots of household cats hairs on stairs.. host obviously a smoker ... towels particularly had a Smoky smell to them.. was not told prior to booking they did not accept cards when settling payment..
Overall a lovely stay in a lovely setting.. love the Peaks... !
