About this villa rental

Close to windsurfing, fishing, and more, this beach villa brings it all within reach. Tropic of Cancer Beach is an easy 5-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 9-minute drive to Little Exuma Beaches.

After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink in the picnic area, and don't forget about the sun loungers and pool umbrellas. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and DVD player.

This vacation rental features a BBQ grill, air conditioning, a roundtrip airport shuttle, and tour/ticket assistance. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. Great Villa! Loved how close it is to the beach. Kamal is very prompt to any needs or questions that arise. Nice sitting area out front with a grill. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Everything you need, if a little dated. Good beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, good out door furniture. We thought it was on the beach, but is about 3 mins walk away. The best beach in the Caribbean and Sandy’s bar on the beach really makes it! Internet and wifi very intermittent and power goes out often. The road in is rough but doable, main shopping in Georgetown, and Santanas bar is a good local place not far away.
