The check in information was not provided.We had to call customer service in USA as the Canadian number was not working and host was unresponsive.We were on the line for 30 minutes with customer service.Then the key did not immediately work to open the door. It got stuck in the lock. There are actually two locks and the key got stuck in both without opening. It took at least fifteen minutes to get the door open.When checking out the door would not lock …same issues. Took a long time .

This property was very spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. A few extra amenities would be great (like bathroom and kitchen towels and coffee maker). Great place for a great price.
