Great location with restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Beautifully designed rooms look just like the photos. A/C unit is the TV area only. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This wasn't an issue for us since it was cool during our stay. Staff is extremely responsive.
We had an incident where the family in the upstairs unit parked 2 large vehicles in the courtyard. This disappointed us since our space was specifically marketed as "outdoor space, pingpong table". It became such a tight squeeze we could barely make it through the door. We didn't so much care about the ping pong table. Our half of the house doesn't have a dining room, so the picnic table outside was the only comfortable seating to eat breakfast. Eventually, the other resident moved one car onto the street. We were satisfied with this compromise.
I suggest getting rid of the ping pong table, which is not in the best shape. It takes up space and can't be used anyway since the upstairs resident is allowed to park their rental in the courtyard.

Socorro the cleaning lady was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were cozy, clean and well decorated. Ping pong table was fun. The little store around the corner was handy and the tacos next door to it were great. We even made new friends.
