Wonderful experience having breakfast with the zebra’s!

Our first stay at Jay Bay Zebra Lodge, recommended by my cousin, and wow—what an experience. It may be rated four-star, but in our opinion it deserves five. The accommodation was beautiful, the food was absolutely incredible, and the scenery was breathtaking.
The highlight? Seventeen wild zebras wandering freely around the property—even joining us at breakfast, close enough for photos! It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The staff were fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made the stay even more special.
We were genuinely sad it was only for one night—it’s the perfect getaway, and we were very jealous of those staying longer. We would absolutely come back again without hesitation.

We enjoyed the mountain biking around the lodge and seeing the zebras at breakfast was lovely too. The lodge is nice and spacious
