The room has all the amenities that a traveler may need (microwave, sink, comfy bed)
There is also a laundromat next door, which the owner was super kind and gave us a few thousands JPY of free credit
The location is in a quiet alley, which may be slightly difficult to find at first, especially if it is in the evening.
However, we faced no difficulty at all

The location is very close to the overground JR Station (Noda station), and the Osaka underground station (Tamagawa). Just a few minutes walk to both. Umeda station is just two stops away on the overground JR line, literally 5 minutes. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores very nearby, including a McDonald's, but the hotel itself is down a quiet alley. It was very clean, has great facilities including kitchen appliances, and overall I was very pleased with my stay there.
I struggled getting the keycard from the machine at the start, but got it eventually - it's kinda fiddly.

Небольшой апарт-отель с просторными (по меркам Японии) номерами. В номерах было все необходимое и даже больше (микроволновка, плита, мультиварка, утюг, фен). Район не совсем понравился, хотя находится недалеко от центра, жд станции, торгового центра и продуктовых магазинов
Не могли найти место по геолокации, таксисту пришлось созвониться с персоналом, чтобы определить дорогу до отеля. Район хоть и недалеко от центра города, больше похож на жилой. Персонал не находится в отеле, заселение и выселение самостоятельное (но для нас это не было проблемой)

clean and neat ,
location marked was different and support was not provided and it became very difficult to reach via taxi and paid huge waiting charges. no washbasin for brushing teth and washing hand in washroom , kettle was not clean very old
