Great place to stay, if you want to go to Universal studios and Dotonbori, although you may have to walk about 15 min to get to the train station. It was a good stroll around the area either way...
Very clean room and bathroom. I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel NCB.

Everything was good just 2 problems. The wifi tends to disappear from time to time. And not many things are walking distance. Other than that, everything is good
