Totally unexpected and felt luxurious!

This was an awesome place to stay. It is over 3 levels and as a solo traveller felt luxurious. The location is walking distance to the city and there are supermarkets nearby. It was peaceful and quiet and looks out on the stadium that is still in construction but there was no construction noise heard.

We struggled 20 mnts to get in as the lock was not working as per instruction,Phone no of host was not connecting therefore we had terrible anxiety ,very poor experience on 1st day of arrival.Also it was not metioned its a three story building ,highly inconevenient to keep on climbing all day

Great option for families visiting CHCH

Nice and modern.

Tooooo hot during summer as gets all afternoon sun. No fans in bedrooms. Aircon on top floor took ages to even try help cool the incredibly hot unit down when we arrived. Every room needs a fan for summer.

We really enjoyed our stay at your property, we could walk into town and to the Gardens ,so very close to things. We did

Convenient location , suited all our needs and contact was great with information to get into the property etc.

Only thing missing was a can opener , all good otherwise thanks.

Clean,compact,modern, excellent bathrooms

No breakfast bowls /dessert bowls Terribly uncomfortable couch to sit on. Plumbing issue...when water in sink released it gurgled up through a vent in the kitchen floor...
