Location was fine - we were repeating our first night of married life - 50 years later.
Breakfast was excellent.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Food was great.
Weather dreadfully hot - a fan was provided so can't see what else could have been done for us.

We stayed for 2 nights as our daughter was getting married at The Old Rectory nearby.
The staff in the Whyte Harte were very friendly and went over and above to make sure we had a great stay.
The rooms were very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and the it had a large shower with good pressure.
Breakfast choice was good and beautifully cooked.

The pub was cosy and had a good feel. The bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The team were lovely, helpful and friendly. We booked this place because it was close to the venue we were attending in the evening.
We were surprised by the size of the room. It was very small in comparison to what we were expecting from the booking pictures. Only one hanger and when asked for more was given 2, which ended up with one going to my friends in another room! Had an internal drain pipe in the bedroom! 🤔
