The apartment was clean and fine.
The host did not respond to any of my messages in advance (asking about parking, exact address, and if early check-in was possible). Nor did he answer any of my calls when the messages were not responded to. He only answered the phone (thankfully) IN THE MOMENT that we arrived, and then sent access details.
Not good customer service for people arriving, being left to wonder 'is this a scam'?
In addition, the WiFi seemingly did not work.

Location is perfect, close enough to shops and entertainment but far enough away to not hear the noise of the town
The wi-fi was very poor, rarely able to connect. There was no toaster or fans in the apartment. Given the time of year, it was very hot and stuffy so a fan wouldve been an amazing addition to the apartment

Very spacious clean room with good views, and excellent location, great price also (except late check in fee after 8pm)
There was no air con or fan, was warm at night to try and sleep , also we had to pay a late check in fee after 8pm which I think was quiet expensive considering we arrived 8:10pm and it was a friend that was near by that let us in

L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione centrale, vicino alla spiaggia e il fatto che host ci ha lasciato fare il check-out 2 ore dopo.
La appartamento era sporco, pieno di capelli in bagno. La notte faceva caldissimo e non siamo riusciti a dormire. Chiudevano l’acqua senza avvisare e non potevamo né lavarci né farci il caffè. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava, il host aveva detto che lo sistemavamo, ma i giorni passavano e nessuno è mai venuto, allora mio marito in qualche modo è riuscito a farlo partire.
