L’emplacement était parfait, on pouvait faire énormément de choses à pied. Toutes les commodités à côté, commerces alimentaires, restaurants.. centre ville ! La ligne de tram est à 10 min à pied et nous emmène directement à l’aéroport, c’est un gros ++++
Très confortable pour trois adultes, et avec tout l’équipement nécessaire.
Pour la période, grosse canicule, la Clim de la chambre et du salon ne pouvait pas être allumé en simultané. La personne qui dormait dans le salon a beaucoup souffert de la chaleur.
C’est un appartement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, nous le savions, mais c’est sport si nous devons sortir régulièrement ;) nous avons éliminer directement les excès des vacances 😂

L’appartamento è comunque buono: spazioso sia nella camera da letto che nel soggiorno, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche notte in comodità. La cucina è piccola ma ben attrezzata, con tutto a portata di mano. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la macchina del caffè, così come il phon e i prodotti da bagno messi a disposizione.
Purtroppo non sapevamo che l’edificio fosse senza ascensore e salire con le valigie è stato piuttosto faticoso.
C’è però un aspetto negativo importante: il pavimento è molto irregolare e sembra difficile da pulire accuratamente. Dopo aver camminato in casa per poco tempo, i nostri piedi erano già sporchi e neri, il che ha dato una sensazione di scarsa pulizia. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato discreto, ma questo aspetto andrebbe migliorato.
Consiglierei inoltre di sostituire il tubo flessibile e il soffione della doccia. Quelli attuali sono piuttosto usurati e il tubo è stato riparato con del nastro adesivo, ma ormai questa soluzione non è più sufficiente e andrebbe sostituito per garantire un maggiore comfort agli ospiti.
