It is located in a beautiful, scenic and generally quiet area, it is easily accessible from the street, very modern & neat. Perfect for a short & long stay. Plenty little "extras", e.g. local beers in fridge, variety of teas, sufficient coffee, condiments, special selection of toiletries, extra towels and good supply of toilet paper. The bed is comfortable, and the bedding appropriate. The living room is spacious and the sleeper sofa comfortable for a stay in evening with the TV. The host was very responsive and helpful & even confirmed our taxi booking for us.
The distance from the city center. (The lack of a washing machine, which I think this was just a tickbox exercise that went wrong during the listing though and was not a serious issue for us).

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Bad, die Küche - einfach die gesamte Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Nähe zur Stadt ist optimal und gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch das Parken des Autos war kein Problem.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage zu Zentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bamberg. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Auch bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung merkt man, dass der Vermieter sich Gedanken gemacht hat und ihm das Wohlbefinden der Gäste offensichtlich wichtig ist.
Vor dem Haus sollte man nicht parken. Dass es Anwohnerparkplätze sind, haben wir erst durch ein Parkticket bemerkt. Das Verkehrsschild am Straßenanfang war leider fast zugewuchert, so dass wir es nicht bemerkt haben.
