An exceptional stay from start to finish!
We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was beautifully taken care of — from the stunning sea views and beautiful surroundings to the comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What really stood out, however, was the level of hospitality and the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. You can really feel that the team cares about making guests feel comfortable and appreciated.
I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Maya, who was absolutely wonderful. She handled my reservation with great attention and professionalism and went above and beyond by arranging a fantastic upgrade for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine hospitality deserve a special mention.
A big thank you as well to Shahd and Nourin, and to the entire team for their excellent service, kindness, and cooperation throughout our stay. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and made us feel truly welcomed.
The hotel, the location, the sea, the food, the service, and most importantly the people all came together to make this a memorable stay.

The hotel is beautiful, with a stunning location, a great beach, and amazing sea views. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, the food was delicious with a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing vacation. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything to dislike. Everything was great and met our expectations.
